Non-profit organization that helps families manage the effects of mental illness through support, education, guidance, and advocacy. Programs include support groups, workshops, counselling for families, outreach, resources, and more. Some are held in person in Montreal and some are online, available across Quebec and beyond. All programs are free.
Aire ouverte is a place for young people aged 12 to 25. Health services that a young person may need to ensure their well-being are offered free of charge and confidentially, walk-in or appointment basis.
