REISA’s employment advisor is here to support, refer, and provide skills-based training—whether you’re seeking your first job, re-entering the workforce, or aiming to enhance your existing skills.

How it Works
Getting started is simple. Send an email to our Employment Advisor at employment@reisa.ca and schedule your initial consultation. We’ll work with you to understand your goals and recommend the services that best fit your needs. From there, you’ll have access to workshops, job search support, and networking opportunities—all designed to help you succeed in your career journey.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for our career advising services, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must speak English.
- You are between 15 and 30 years old.
- You live in the East-North area of Montreal (including Anjou, Ahuntsic-Cartierville, Saint-Leonard, Saint-Michel–Villeray–Parc-Extension, Rosemont–Petite-Patrie, Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Rivière-des-Prairies–Pointe-aux-Trembles, Saint-Laurent, Montreal-East, or Montreal-North).
- You are a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have been granted refugee status and are legally entitled to work in Canada.
