Perspective Communautaire en Santé Mentale – Community Perspective in Mental Health

Services: Community organisation dedicated to help people with mental health issues to reach their full potential while faceing the challenges of daily life. Through a personalized relationship built on trust and mutual respect, these people receive the support they need to improve their quality of life. Services include: long term support (3 months or more) to adults with mental illness to better manage their daily lives; finding affordable housing and help through entire process or research, planning, rights of tenants, budget and visits of the accomodation. Available in : Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Dorval, Kirkland, Baie d’Urfé, Beaconsfield, Senneville, Pierrefonds-Roxboro, L’Île-Bizard–Sainte-Geneviève, Pointe-Claire et Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue.
