Services: Y Mind is a free seven-week mental wellness program for young people aged 13 to 30 struggling with mild-to-moderate anxiety or stress.  Y Mind teaches you how to use mindfulness to manage your worries and stress when they show up. By participating in person or virtually, the Y Mind program will take you on a skill-building journey to improve your focus and reduce the internal chatter that might be keeping you from doing the things you find important in life.
