Job description
Corbeille de Pain has secured funding from Right to food to implement the Food Fit program, a
12-week commitment-based program that aims to help participants become more health conscious
through personal reflection, healthy cooking, physical activity, and peer bonding.
We are looking for a committed facilitator who will be responsible for organizing a series of three
12-week workshops and seminars for adults and seniors. Main duties and responsibilities
● Program implementation: Organize a series of three 12-week sessions entitled “Food Fit”;
● Weekly reports: Keep weekly reports up to date on the Howspace platform;
● Online training: The position requires completing four online training modules to learn how
to deliver and evaluate the Food Fit program;
● Program evaluation: Involve program participants in the evaluation process;
● Knowledge sharing: Facilitators will have the opportunity to attend lectures given by
guest speakers and participate in real-time Q&A sessions with the Food Fit program
manager and other facilitators;
● Plan and organize “Food Fit” workshops as designed by Right to food;
● Independently plan and organize cooking workshops, ensuring that all necessary
ingredients, utensils, and documents are collected from the Corbeille de Pain office
and/or grocery stores before the workshops begin;
● Keep the kitchen and pantry clean and restock as needed;
● Collaborate with McGill dietetics interns to produce documents containing recipes and
nutritional information to be distributed during the workshops;
● Work in harmony with other CDP programs to support their development;
● Collaborate with other organizations in the West Island to strengthen the overall impact of our
collective resources;
● Provide nutritional and/or budgetary information related to the recipes/foods used in the
workshops;
● Prioritize health and safety in kitchen workshops at all times;
● Promote other programs offered by Corbeille de Pain (CDP) to the local community in order
to raise awareness of the services available and encourage new participants to sign up.

CDP is seeking an experienced and thorough individual with proven knowledge of and interest in
accounting, project management, and their community. Reporting to the Executive Director, this
person will be responsible for all accounting functions at Corbeille de Pain. Primary responsibilities
■ Manage routine accounting tasks required for bookkeeping.
■ Make journal entries, prepare trial balances, maintain the general ledger on a monthly basis.
■ Manage payroll, source deduction remittances, employment records, and tax slips.
■ Perform various accounting analyses as required by the Executive Director.
■ Keep track of petty cash and credit cards.
■ Take charge of recording and tracking fixed assets.
■ Ensure that expenses are allocated according to budgets established in agreement with the
administrative management.
■ Produce monthly or quarterly reports for both governments and their official agencies
(Revenu Québec, Canada Revenue Agency,CNT, CNESST, and others).
■ In collaboration with the Finance Committee, monitor cash flow in accordance with the
organization’s budget forecasts.
■ Perform the opening and closing of fiscal years.
■ Prepare the annual file for the production of financial statements.
■ Collaborate with auditors during the annual audit.

The Centre for Community Organizations (COCo) is a non-profit that works to nurture an inclusive, social-justice oriented Quebec community sector where grassroots organizations can thrive. We believe that is an important part of creating a more just and equitable society overall. To this end, COCo provides training, accompaniment, and technological support to small, grassroots, and social-justice focused organizations. We also use our research to steward dialogue and change on issues of inclusion and diversity in the Quebec non-profit sector.
About the Job
The person hired will join our team of Organizational Development and Training Coordinators (ODT). The ODT Coordinators are jointly responsible for overseeing and supporting COCo’s facilitation and consulting services focussed around organizational development, and anti-oppression work to nonprofit organizations in Quebec,. COCo offers accompaniment services to 50-100 organizations per year, and these services are evolving quickly to respond to the needs of the sector and our own Theory of Change.
As a member of COCo’s highly collaborative team, the person in this role will actively take part in internal conversations on organizational development and contribute to other collective management tasks.
ODT Coordinators, depending on workload and organizational capacity, will also provide facilitation to community organizations through individual accompaniment and training.
Application Deadline: March 1st 2026. The ideal start date is March 30th 2026.
Type and term of contract: One year. Replacement contract with possibility of extension.
Hours: 30 hours per week. Early morning, evening and weekend work may be required from time to time with advance notice.
Compensation: $33.92 per hour.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Organizational Development and Training Coordination (65%):
Carry out the regular administrative tasks needed to sustain our organizational development and training services, including updating our database, ensuring contracts are signed, and invoices have been sent
Lead assessments and exploratory meetings with community groups to help identify their core needs and areas for growth and then play matchmaker with our team of skilled affiliate facilitators in the ODT program
Coordinate the consulting and facilitation team, including: hiring and training new team members, building baseline capacities for a diverse team, supporting facilitators in professional development, and designing opportunities for connecting and learning as a team
Ensuring supportive working conditions for ODT and Technology facilitators, including working with facilitators navigating complex accompaniments (e.g. anti-racism, coaching, strategic planning, conflict mediation, HR, team leadership & development)
Manage relationships with groups in collaboration with the facilitation team, including problem-solving when difficulties arise
Lead, with the ODT Coordinators, COCo’s information and referral service (info-COCo’s), helping enhance the intake process and triage requests from organizations dealing with issues in their day-to-day work
Provide support to community groups (info-coco by phone or in person), report the consultations in the CRM and make new resources used available to all staff and online
Develop and maintain an internal archive of training, facilitation, and process design tools for the consulting team in collaboration with the Communications Coordinator and other members of COCo staff.
Provide oversight and strategic orientation for our organizational development and training services centering anti-oppressive practices, in collaboration with the Executive Coordinator, Programs. This includes developing regular feedback practices, creating and evolving data management systems, monitoring finances of the program, processing facilitator invoices and leading and implementing changes to our services
Collective Collaboration (25%)
Participate in COCo’s collective management
Participate in reflections on the organization as a whole (structure, mission, etc.) and actively contribute to internal organizational development initiatives
Facilitate and actively participate in team meetings
Administer human resources support and co-supervision
Actively engage in critical reflection (both individually and organizationally) about anti-oppression, social justice and accessibility principles and their implementation in the workplace
Contribute to shared administrative duties, e.g.:
Manage physical assets, e.g. monitoring office supplies, upkeep of office space
Contribute to the organization of the AGM and other special events and projects
Engage actively in and contribute to the planning of retreats (on a rotational or subject specific basis)
Follow invoicing and reimbursement procedures
Contribute to the monthly e-bulletin, annual report and other key communications moments
Communicate to COCo members, community members and groups about the organization’s goals and mission
Organizational Health Consultant (10%):
Based on the ODT Coordinator’s workload and organizational capacity, they may further support the health and wellbeing of grassroots community organizations (up to a maximum of 10% of Coordinator’s workload) by:
Accompanying organizations through long-term organizational change (vision and mission work, strategic planning, restructuring etc.)
Designing and facilitating workshops, training, and group change processes
Continuing the development of organizational change strategies related to anti-oppression, anti-racism, and social justice values
Mediating interpersonal conflicts within organizations

They are passionate about fostering anti-oppressive values and organizational change in the community sector. They bring a sharp understanding of organizational social justice and anti-racism work and a commitment to supporting facilitators in that context. They have a love for coaching and supporting others in their work, and they like to work in a team.They don’t find administration overwhelming, love creative problem solving, and can see the big picture and the long game. They enjoy translating an organizational vision into day-to-day practices, and making informed choices about where and how to allocate our resources. They care about the well-being of the Quebec community sector!

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our dynamic team at the Centre of Excellence in Youth Mental Health (CEYMH), located at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute. Through a combination of innovation in health service delivery and research focused on new interventions, the CEYMH is a hub for transformative change for youth facing a variety of needs – health, social, educational, employment, among others. The Centre focuses not only on research to generate new knowledge, but to directly applying such knowledge in the delivery of youth mental health services and providing training to a new generation of clinicians, researchers, and individuals with expertise by lived experience.
Work environment: The Lived Experience Assistant will be based at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute, a highly specialized and research-intensive teaching institution providing mental health care services to individuals of all ages. It includes the Douglas Research Centre, the second largest mental health research center in Canada. Its vibrant multidisciplinary community of researchers investigate virtually all aspects of mental health, from genes to society.
Lived Experience Initiatives: One of our key commitments is the meaningful inclusion of youth, particularly those with lived and living experience of mental health problems, and their caregivers in co‐designing research, practices, and policies. We have created advisory councils that are consulted periodically in connection with the CEYMH and collaborating research and clinical groups, and the council members’ opinions have a concrete impact on these various activities.

Description of tasks
The primary responsibility of the Lived Experience Assistant is to assist the coordinator with all tasks leading to that the CEYMH engages, includes, and advocates for youth and family members with lived experience in mental illness at multiple stages of its various research activities from conception to implementation. The incumbent will collaborate with the 2 CEYMH coordinators, the directors of the CEYMH, and collaborators to make sure that the research initiatives are motivated by the needs of youth and families with lived experience in mental illness, particularly when it comes to utilization of services.
The specific tasks will be the following:
Help organize and track activities of the CEYMH Youth and Family Advisory Councils. This includes organizing and planning future meetings, tracking presence, helping with compensation.
Provide consultation on project development and co-design support for ongoing research projects.
Help organize and coordinate the CEYMH Experiential Science Talks series by helping the coordinator with managing seminar logistics.
Do some administrative tasks when required. In order for the initiative to stay organized.
Required qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum two years of experience in project coordination and/or facilitation of focus groups or similar
Required skills
Fluency in both official languages is an asset
Proven ability to work with the full Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Knowledge of or experience working in research design and healthcare systems is desired
Experience working with youth, particularly those with lived experience of mental health issues is an asset

The Centre for Community Organizations (COCo) is a provincial non-profit organization that works to build an inclusive, social justice-oriented Quebec community sector where grassroots organizations can thrive. To this end, COCo provides training, accompaniment, and technological support to small, ground-up, and social-justice focused organizations. About the Position
The Communications and Events Assistant primarily supports COCo’s communications, including social media strategies, and event organization.
The Communications and Events Assistant will work in collaboration with Communications Coordinator, who oversees our communication, marketing, and social media strategies. They will also collaborate with the ateliers/C Program Coordinator (more information about ateliers/C) to support the program’s communications and events coordination.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Communications Support (60%)
Manage Social Media
Plan and execute a monthly publishing schedule for social media.
Manage the community on social media.
Create visuals to accompany posts.
Develop content for COCo’s YouTube channel.
Support data collection for the quarterly report on statistics for COCo’s social media posts and website.

Translate communications from French to English or from English to French.

Support event planning, notably for ateliers/C: Reserve rooms and catering services, support the search for collaborators, follow up on invoicing.
Support the logistical organization of events, notably for ateliers/C: coordination with suppliers, preparation of necessary materials, setup of events spaces (physical or virtual), welcoming participants upon arrival, presence at the event and taking photos, updating relevant web pages, etc.
Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in event planning.

Participate in team activities and contribute to discussions about COCo’s management and organizational development.
Actively engage in embodying COCo’s anti-oppression, social justice, and accessibility principles.

12-week commitment-based program that aims to help participants become more health conscious
through personal reflection, healthy cooking, physical activity, and peer bonding.
We are looking for a committed facilitator who will be responsible for organizing a series of three
12-week workshops and seminars for adults and seniors.
Main duties and responsibilities
● Program implementation: Organize a series of three 12-week sessions entitled “Food Fit”;
● Weekly reports: Keep weekly reports up to date on the Howspace platform;
● Online training: The position requires completing four online training modules to learn how
to deliver and evaluate the Food Fit program;
● Program evaluation: Involve program participants in the evaluation process;
● Knowledge sharing: Facilitators will have the opportunity to attend lectures given by
guest speakers and participate in real-time Q&A sessions with the Food Fit program
manager and other facilitators;
● Plan and organize “Food Fit” workshops as designed by Right to food;
● Independently plan and organize cooking workshops, ensuring that all necessary
ingredients, utensils, and documents are collected from the Corbeille de Pain office
and/or grocery stores before the workshops begin;
● Keep the kitchen and pantry clean and restock as needed;
● Collaborate with McGill dietetics interns to produce documents containing recipes and
nutritional information to be distributed during the workshops;
● Work in harmony with other CDP programs to support their development;
● Collaborate with other organizations in the West Island to strengthen the overall impact of our
collective resources;
● Provide nutritional and/or budgetary information related to the recipes/foods used in the
workshops;
● Prioritize health and safety in kitchen workshops at all times;
● Promote other programs offered by Corbeille de Pain (CDP) to the local community in order
to raise awareness of the services available and encourage new participants to sign up.

The person hired will join our team of Organizational Development and Training Coordinators (ODT). The ODT Coordinators are jointly responsible for overseeing and supporting COCo’s facilitation and consulting services focussed around organizational development, and anti-oppression work to nonprofit organizations in Quebec,. COCo offers accompaniment services to 50-100 organizations per year, and these services are evolving quickly to respond to the needs of the sector and our own Theory of Change.
As a member of COCo’s highly collaborative team, the person in this role will actively take part in internal conversations on organizational development and contribute to other collective management tasks.
ODT Coordinators, depending on workload and organizational capacity, will also provide facilitation to community organizations through individual accompaniment and training.

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our dynamic team at the Centre of Excellence in Youth Mental Health (CEYMH), located at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute. Through a combination of innovation in health service delivery and research focused on new interventions, the CEYMH is a hub for transformative change for youth facing a variety of needs – health, social, educational, employment, among others. The Centre focuses not only on research to generate new knowledge, but to directly applying such knowledge in the delivery of youth mental health services and providing training to a new generation of clinicians, researchers, and individuals with expertise by lived experience.
Work environment: The Lived Experience Assistant will be based at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute, a highly specialized and research-intensive teaching institution providing mental health care services to individuals of all ages. It includes the Douglas Research Centre, the second largest mental health research center in Canada. Its vibrant multidisciplinary community of researchers investigate virtually all aspects of mental health, from genes to society.
Lived Experience Initiatives: One of our key commitments is the meaningful inclusion of youth, particularly those with lived and living experience of mental health problems, and their caregivers in co‐designing research, practices, and policies. We have created advisory councils that are consulted periodically in connection with the CEYMH and collaborating research and clinical groups, and the council members’ opinions have a concrete impact on these various activities.

Description of tasks
The primary responsibility of the Lived Experience Assistant is to assist the coordinator with all tasks leading to that the CEYMH engages, includes, and advocates for youth and family members with lived experience in mental illness at multiple stages of its various research activities from conception to implementation. The incumbent will collaborate with the 2 CEYMH coordinators, the directors of the CEYMH, and collaborators to make sure that the research initiatives are motivated by the needs of youth and families with lived experience in mental illness, particularly when it comes to utilization of services.
The specific tasks will be the following:

Aperçu du poste
Nous recherchons un·e coordonnateur·trice RH dévoué·e et expérimenté·e pour soutenir notre équipe d’environ 50 personnes à temps partiel. Le poste est en télétravail et exige environ 8 à 10 heures par semaine.

Responsabilités principales
Gérer l’accueil et l’intégration des nouveaux employés, stagiaires et bénévoles.
Mettre à jour les politiques RH, le manuel des employés et les procédures internes afin de refléter les meilleures pratiques et les exigences légales au Québec et au Canada.
Tenir à jour les dossiers des employés en garantissant leur confidentialité et leur sécurité.
Soutenir le recrutement : affichage de postes, présélection des candidats, planification des entrevues, vérification des références.
Conseiller le personnel et la direction sur les questions RH, l’interprétation des politiques, les avantages sociaux, la culture organisationnelle et les enjeux de conformité.
Appuyer les processus de gestion du rendement et de développement du personnel.
Traiter les dossiers RH au fur et à mesure (relations de travail, application des politiques, bien-être du personnel).
Effectuer et coordonner la paie bimensuelle en collaboration avec l’équipe des finances.
Qualifications
3 ans et plus d’expérience en RH, idéalement dans un organisme communautaire ou à but non lucratif de petite taille.
Solide connaissance des lois du travail, normes du travail et meilleures pratiques en RH au Québec/Canada.
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, souci du détail et solides aptitudes administratives.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer efficacement son temps avec un minimum de supervision.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles; capacité à collaborer avec des personnes issues de divers horizons.
Engagement envers l’inclusion, l’équité, la diversité et les valeurs du Centre de Réfugiés.

About the Position
The Communications and Events Assistant primarily supports COCo’s communications, including social media strategies, and event organization.
The Communications and Events Assistant will work in collaboration with Communications Coordinator, who oversees our communication, marketing, and social media strategies. They will also collaborate with the ateliers/C Program Coordinator (more information about ateliers/C) to support the program’s communications and events coordination.
