Future Ready: Career Skills for the AI Era Workplace Communication
As the final session in the Future Ready: Career Skills for the AI Era three-part workshop series, this workshop will help youth and young adults aged 15–30 strengthen the communication skills needed to navigate today’s workplace.
Participants will explore how to communicate professionally and effectively in workplace settings, including writing emails, collaborating with colleagues, and adapting their communication to different situations. The session will also examine how AI tools can support everyday workplace communication, while highlighting the importance of human judgment, professionalism, and interpersonal skills in building positive working relationships.
Facilitated by Sara Ali, an HR and organizational development professional with a Master’s in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University, this workshop will provide practical strategies to help participants communicate with confidence and prepare for success in the workplace.
