Mouvement Intérieur

Services: Mouvement Intérieur offers a welcoming space for creativity, therapy, and social connection at 225 R. Notre Dame WEST, Montréal, QC H2Y 1T4. The center hosts community events and provides affordable English-speaking therapy in partnership with Concordia drama therapy students and other professionals. Sessions are available online or in person, starting at $30/hour. Services are offered in French, English, Albanian, Italian, Spanish, and Japanese.
