Le Centre d’assistance et d’accompagnement aux plaintes Information Session

Join us for a free online information session on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, to learn more about CAAP’s services and how they can support you. The workshop will provide an overview of the organization, who can access their services, and the steps involved in filing an official complaint regarding a service received within the health and social services network. This session is a great opportunity to ask questions, better understand the complaints process, and learn about the resources available to you if you have concerns about the services you have received.

Who is the CAAP?
