Future Ready: Career Skills for the AI Era: Interview Preparation

Part of the Future Ready: Career Skills for the AI Era three-part workshop series, this session will help youth and young adults aged 15–30 prepare for job interviews and build confidence in presenting themselves to potential employers.

Participants will explore how AI tools can support interview preparation, from practising common interview questions to developing clear, thoughtful responses that highlight their skills and experiences. The workshop will emphasize the importance of using AI to practise and prepare while maintaining a genuine voice, strong communication skills, and the ability to think on their feet.

Facilitated by Sara Ali, an HR and organizational development professional with a Master’s in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University, this workshop will provide practical strategies to help participants approach interviews with greater confidence.
