Services: Community organize to offer and provide services adapted to the needs expressed by adults with severe and persistent mental health problems associated with legalization and or homlessness, in the goal to alleviating their psychosocial distress and promoting the quest for their autonomy. Services include: transitional support service, continous support service and Roof First Support services (housing services)
