Patient Navigator Live Q&A Session

The Patient Navigator is the point person on the ground providing in-person support to English-speaking patients for specialized health care services, assisting them in navigating the different steps in the care pathway as well as the informational, emotional, and logistical challenges the experience presents. To learn more about REISA’s patient navigator program, visit our webpage here.

Join us for a free live Q&A session on Tuesday, August 19, to learn more about the program, ask questions, and discover how our Patient Navigators can help you access health and social services, overcome barriers, and connect with the right resources. You’ll also have the chance to meet Alejo Davies-Jordan, REISA’s Patient Navigator. He was born and raised in Montreal and has worked in customer service, civil service, and healthcare as the go-to person for information and solutions. Always a good listener and invested in the user’s outcome, he helps overcome roadblocks, find ways forward, and ensure users find what they’re looking for. A Concordia graduate in urban studies, he knows how to get around the city and is familiar with its many health and social service points. He’s seen Santé Québec from both sides—as a patient and as an employee—and has a knack for facilitating understanding and finding solutions.

Two sessions will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2026.
