Advocacy and Complaints
Services: Inform users of their rights and obligations, promote improvement in the quality of services of users, defend the rights and interests of users, and accompany and assist users. Services include advice services, legal advice, and class action to defend the collective rights of users. They are there to : - answer your questions on the rights of healthcare users - ensure the quality of the care and services you receive - receive your comments and suggestions - receive your dissatisfaction The users' committee can also assist you in filing a complaint. Local committees can be found in all CIUSSS facilities.
