 Support Services Department (SSD) Assistant (9 weeks)

30 hours per week at $20/h

As our Support Services Department Assistant, you’ll provide vital administrative support while learning about community health services and member support, culminating in improved systems and resources for ACCM’s membership.

Job duties:

  • Update and maintain member records in our Penelope database system
  • Support member intake procedures and documentation
  • Assist with organizing and facilitating support groups
  • Create and maintain comprehensive resource lists for members
  • Help prepare program materials
  • Assist with basic statistical reporting and data entry

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about community health and support services
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation abilities
  • Comfortable with database systems and digital tools
  • Demonstrates sensitivity when working with diverse communities
  • Between 15-30 years old (Canada Summer Jobs requirement)
  • Bilingual French/English an asset
