Support Services Department (SSD) Assistant (9 weeks)
30 hours per week at $20/h
As our Support Services Department Assistant, you’ll provide vital administrative support while learning about community health services and member support, culminating in improved systems and resources for ACCM’s membership.
Job duties:
- Update and maintain member records in our Penelope database system
- Support member intake procedures and documentation
- Assist with organizing and facilitating support groups
- Create and maintain comprehensive resource lists for members
- Help prepare program materials
- Assist with basic statistical reporting and data entry
Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about community health and support services
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation abilities
- Comfortable with database systems and digital tools
- Demonstrates sensitivity when working with diverse communities
- Between 15-30 years old (Canada Summer Jobs requirement)
- Bilingual French/English an asset
