Assistance and Referral Centre Health and Social Services

Services: Services include: - For seniors: Colour Café, assistance with income tax forms for low income individuals, workshops and activities including for those living in long-term care facility, Yoga and Qi Gong, information sessions and more. - For young families: Parent-child Mother Goose for children 0-3 years old and Sajou and Salie is another parent-child program for children ages 3-6. - Mental Health and Wellness Activities, - Caregivers support and wellness programs.
