AMI-Quebec: Action on Mental Illness

Services: Non-profit organization that helps families manage the effects of mental illness through support, education, guidance, and advocacy. Through Tele-workshops over the phone or at home, roundtable discussion, support groups and education programs on issues of mental health, caregivers. All programs are free.
